The main purposes and scope of application: This Screw-rod Milling machine tool adopts 0i – MC numerical control system produced by FANUC company, with three axes and three linkage.The feed system is driven by AC servo motor of FANUC company, the ball screw adopts high-precision ball screw, which have the good precision retention. Milling spindle adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed change. Variable lead, variable base diameter, constant lead, constant base diameter, single-head, multi-head, multi-stage thread with different pitch and tapered thread can be processed. The Screw-rod Milling machine is mainly suitable for injection molding machinery, rubber machinery, food machinery, extrusion machinery, chemical machinery and other industries.
